It is that time of year again. the Florida Office of Judges of Compensation Claims (OJCC) in partnership with the Workers' Compensation Section of The Florida Bar (the Section) has deployed an anonymous survey regarding the OJCC Judges and Mediators.
This is intended to be an honest critique of our customer's perceptions. This is a chance to be forthcoming and constructive. The survey is not an opportunity to use foul language, call names, or denigrate people. Be forthcoming and frank. If you have ideas or suggestions, make them. This is not a popularity contest, but a positive exercise in providing feedback and constructive thoughts.
Please only respond on the survey regarding judges and mediators with whom you have recent experience. This survey process is intended to provide responses about current perceptions and suggestions. Your experiences and perceptions from years ago are not what we are seeking, so please follow the instructions and respond accordingly.
The survey was sent to all of the members of the Section and all registered attorney users of the e-JCC filing system. Each person only received one link to the survey and each link will only work once. Do not forward to a friend or colleague. All Section member emails went to the address which you have on file with The Florida Bar. Registered e-JCC user emails went to the primary email address associated with your e-JCC account.
If you do not see the survey link email in your inbox, check your spam folder. The email came from
Please let me know by email if you did not receive your link and I will look into it for you. I can at least tell you the address to which it was sent.
Thank you for participating in this cooperative project of the OJCC and Section. With it we hope to continue to build stronger relationships between the bench and bar in Florida Workers' Compensation.
